Hi guys! Welcome again this month to my "Awards Room"!
Today I'm proud to show you the beautiful trophy I won with 'Deep Shock' in the prestigious "The Yellow Fever Indie Film Festival" of Bangor, County Down (Ireland).
Life is beautiful and you have to do what you love: be strong and don't allow anyone to destroy your dreams!
"This project is not credible!" This was the surreal comment of two people with an important position in the crew, who left pre-production of my short film 'Lion'. You tried to ruin me, but you failed! To these people I answer like this: 503 awards worldwide and one of the most awarded short films in the history of cinema! Now is my film credible???
I'm really proud to say that 'Lion' triumphed for the first time in Wellington (New Zealand), by winning 13 new awards at the "Vision International Film Festival":
- Best International Short Film;
- Best Horror/Thriller/Fantastic/Science Fiction Film;
- Best Director;
- Best Actor (Pedro Sánchez);
- Best Supporting Actor (Michael Segal);
- Best Supporting Actress (Tania Mercader);
- Best Cinematography (Juanma Postigo);
- Best Editing (Daniel Salinas);
- Best Original Score (Francesco Tresca);
- Best Musical Theme ("The roar of the King", by Francesco Tresca);
- Best Sound Designing (Christian Valente);
- Best Poster (Manuel Espinosa).
- Best Trailer.

After winning eight awards at the "Artisan International Film Festival" of Stratford Upon Avon (England), 'Deep Shock' also received other 5 prizes at the annual event:
